Full Service Residential Design

TOLT Studio specializes in new home construction and large-scale renovations. We understand the value of owning a home that fully reflects and supports your lifestyle. From early concepts and hiring trades through installation and final styling, TOLT Studio offers a full complement of interior design services to manage and execute every aspect of your project. We work with architects and builders as part of a skilled project management team.

Boutique Commercial Design

TOLT Studio recognizes the importance of expertly crafted intriguing workspaces that reflect your business ethos and command attention. We draw on our years of education and experience to design healthcare, office, retail, and hospitality spaces that seamlessly integrate your brand identity and enhance your client’s experience.

Designer On Call

TOLT Studio believes great design is for everyone. We offer two-hour working design sessions that are extensive and can be used to develop or refine a plan for any design dilemma. During this session, we provide valuable expertise on space planning and floor plan modifications, furniture floor plans, lighting plans and fixture suggestions, custom millwork design, window treatments, kitchen and bath design, exterior elements, project budgeting, and more. After the consultation, you can choose to execute the scope of work on your own or hire TOLT Studio to create the space of your dreams using the consultation mandate. In person consultations within the greater St. John’s area are $407 + HST.

THE PROCESS

Initiation

Every TOLT Studio project begins with a complimentary discovery call followed by a working consultation at the project site. We will review the scope of work, design service and project management requirements, and your unique preferences for your space. We will introduce you to our TOLT Studio Method and provide professional advice based on your needs. You will receive a detailed proposal outlining our services and your investment.

Conceptualization

Accepted proposal in hand, we begin designing and selecting all the elements of your project. We create a detailed interior drawing package, design schemes, and a project budget and timeline. We select finishes, furniture, and fixtures and meet with our trusted trade professionals to secure estimates. Everything is compiled in an organized, easy to understand, and beautiful presentation that lays out our full vision for your space. We take the time to ensure you are absolutely thrilled with every design element.

Implementation

After the presentation is approved, we place orders, secure trades, and begin the hands-on work to transform your space. Regular site visits, weekly updates, and a proven management strategy ensures your project flows effortlessly. When the work is complete, your space is expertly styled and revealed to you.
